As a Board-Certified Couple & Family Psychologist, I specialize in Couple and Family Therapies. At Destiny Psychology, couple and family therapies are based on Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT). IBCT utilizes a strengths-based approach to help couples, and family members reconcile differences through greater empathy & compassion while learning how to address relationship problems in an open and collaborative way.
Couple & Family Therapy Services:
- Initial Assessment: $340
- Individual Couple Sessions: $240
- Feedback Session: $290
- Couple & Family Treatment Sessions: $290
- Couple & Family Extended Treatment Sessions (90 minutes): $435
- Note: All Couple & Family Sessions are 50-55 min
Individual Therapy Services:
- Initial Assessment: $290
- Individual Session (55min): $240
  Note: All Couple & Family Sessions are 50-55 min
We offer a range of therapy and skills classes designed to address various challenges, depression, anxiety, communication/interpersonal challenges, mindfulness skills, building a positive mindset. Groups are designed to provide knowledge, skills, and practice opportunities with others dealing with similar concerns. All genders welcomed.

- Destiny Psychology offers Out-of-Network Counseling services.
- All therapy payments can be made through our Secure Payment Portal via Credit or Debit Card, or Check.
- All therapy session payments requested at time of service.
At Destiny Psychology we recognize that life sometimes gets in the way. Please be mindful of our cancellation policies to ensure that our clients will have access to available openings.
- We have a 48-hour notification policy for anticipated missed appointments
- Missed scheduled sessions without at least 24 hours in advance, will be billed for the missed session.
- Starting August 2025, Insurance options available through partnership with Headway.
- Destiny Psychology offers Self-pay and Out-of-Network payment options as well.

- Upon Request: Destiny Psychology can provide a monthly summary of therapy charges (known as a Superbill) to present to your insurer for Out-of-Pocket reimbursement.
